Can I do this program from home?
Killer Fit CAMP provides a dynamic and distinct training program offering the best full body and progressive training. Our clients can successfully complete CAMP workouts from home but they must have an equipped home setup or apartment gym.
What is Killer Fit CAMP?
A 6-week fitness program coached by Steph Rosales. This challenge is designed to transform beginners and advanced lifters alike. Killer Fit CAMP is completely mobile so it can be offered to anyone, anywhere around the world. The 6 weeks will provide you with a hands-on approach to reach all of your fitness goals.
What comes with Killer Fit CAMP?
Aside from a new and unique 6-week mobile workout program- you will also receive customized nutrition to assist in your personal goals. All participants are given access to our weekly LIVE team workouts (comes with recording in case you cannot attend)/ weekly check-ins and granted a spot in our Elite Facebook Accountability Group- here we share daily motivation and weekly fitness tips to keep you on track and on top of your goals.
Is a nutrition plan included?
Yes. We work on what approach is best for you and your goals (vegan, gluten-free, fasting, macros, lifestyle, etc).
How old do I have to be to join Killer Fit Camp?
You must be 18 or older to join.
I have a busy lifestyle. Do I have to do the workouts at certain times?
No. Killer Fit CAMP was made for that very reason. To assist busy lifestyles and provide you with quick and effective workouts to complete at your own time.
How do I know Killer Fit CAMP is right for me?
Killer FIT CAMP is for anyone who is ready to begin, re-start, or take their fitness to the next level. This challenge is not made for those with lots of excuses, this challenge is for those who are ready to take action and commit.
Do the workouts change every 6 weeks?
Yes! Coach Steph designs each 6 week program to adjust to different elements of training. All programs incorporate Core, Cardio, Athleticism, Agility, Muscle Building, and Power! Each CAMP is always different.
Can I do Killer Fit CAMP if I live outside of the United States?
Yes! We have had clients from ALL OVER the world complete this program! This is the many perks of ONLINE TRAINING!
