Hey there! I'm Steph, but feel free to call me Coach (or any other fancy term that crosses your mind during one of my workouts). I'm from El Paso, Texas, but now call the Dallas area home with my wife and our four pups. We're passionate about traveling, especially if it involves a beach.
After graduating from Texas A&M University in 2016, I realized my calling wasn't in the corporate world but in guiding others to reach their full physical and mental potential—hence why you're likely here!
I'm 30 years old and a Leo through and through. While I might seem serious, I'm truly a child at heart. Just wait until I make you laugh; it's bound to happen during our coaching calls! A cool fact about me: I hold World Title Championships in Sport Martial Arts and boast a black belt in Tae Kwon Doe.
I'm passionate about what I do, mainly because of the incredible clients I work with. They often become more than just transformations—they become dear friends. I'm looking forward to welcoming you into this killer community of badasses!
