Hey, I'm Coach Steph—born in El Paso, raised on grit, and currently living life semi-nomadic, with Colorado as my latest basecamp while I chase what’s next. I’m traveling, evolving, and building a life with purpose.

After graduating from Texas A&M in 2016, I quickly realized I wasn’t built for the 9-to-5 life. My mission? To coach ambitious humans into their strongest, most confident selves—inside and out.
​
I'm 31, a fire sign through and through (shoutout to my fellow Leos 🔥), and I’ve got the energy to match: think disciplined, driven, and a little wild. I hold multiple World Titles in Sport Martial Arts and a black belt in Tae Kwon Do. So yeah—I know a thing or two about focus, strength, and pushing limits.

But don't get it twisted—coaching with me isn’t all serious. I’m the one who’ll have you laughing mid-burpee and dancing through progress pics. My clients? They become family. And our community? A squad of straight-up badasses.
