MEET YOUR COACH

If you are here- I'm sure it's because you want to know a little more about me (outside of being a coach). Which is great because I'd love to get to know you too when we work together. 

 

I was born and raised in El Paso, Texas but currently live in the Dallas with my wife and our pups. We will be celebrating our two year anniversary this year. We love to travel to beaches around the world, so if you have any suggestions, please share!

 

I graduated from Texas A&M University in 2016 and quickly realized my life was not meant for the corporate world- rather a path of helping others reach their fullest physical and mental potentials. Hence the birth of Killer Fit CAMP and beyond. 

 

I will be 30 years old this year so I will be saying bye to my 20's (shout out to all the leo's). A pretty cool fact about me is I have 2 World Title Championships in Kickboxing and a black belt in Tae Kwon Doe. So yeah, I guess I can kick ass in many ways!

MINDSET 

You have heard it before- mindset is key. I am here to help you not only physically but mentally. Many online training programs miss this part- and let's be real- mindset is what carries us when motivation is down, mindset is what will take you to every goal imagineable. I use my personal experiences alongside years of work with clients of all transformations to install positive and powerful mindset techniques. A strong body comes from an even stronger mentality.

PROPER PROGRAMMING

Proper programming  means receiving the right exercise selection, movements, progressions, and training methods. As a coach you trust me to help you get to your next fitness goal- safely and effectively. A proper program means correct and healthy coaching. No more second guessing your training and nutrition- I take all the fancy terminology and coaching cues and make them easy to understand. I also keep in mind optimization of your overall health.

ACCOUNTABILITY 

The best transformations often come from those who are held accountable. Let's face it- you are here because you seek that extra "push". I know the importance of accountability and what it will do to enhance your results. Depending on which option you join, there are many resources of accountability. From coaching calls, email checkins, zoom meet ups, Facebook communities and more- I provide options of accountability in your corner.

You want to know what truly separates these programs from the rest? Our strong sense of community. Throughout the years we have niched into a solid and supportive group. It doesn't matter who you are, what race, ethnicity, identity, etc. We are all here to work on ourselves and be our most authentic.
