Can I do the workouts from home?
This option does require basic gym equipment. Workouts are a mix between free weights, resistance and machines.
How long should I be on Daily Workouts before I should upgrade?
Daily Workouts was created to keep you active and give you a more professional experience in your training vs. getting random advice online (Google, TikTok, Pinterest, etc). If you are looking for a more advanced training experience checkout Killer Fit CAMP or the customized training option.
Does this come with a nutrition guide?
No. Our primary focus here is to get you training and moving correctly. Nutrition plans are available for separate purchase.
I'm a beginner, can I do this option?
Basic knowledge of machinery and exercises is recommended.
What do I do when I need accountability and motivation?
As an added bonus, we are providing a private FB group where you can go to connect with others who are apart of Killin It Daily. Here coach Steph and members can share wins, struggles, tips and more!
How old do I have to be to subscribe?
You must be 17 years or older.
Can I join if I live outside of the United States?
Absolutely! We love our international members. PayPal is our best option for payments.
How do I cancel my subscription?
When you log into your members portal- you will have access to all your billing and cancellation information there. Although, we will be sad to see you go, you may cancel at any time.
